The Civil Aviation Authority Office Block project focused on developing a contemporary administrative facility designed for long-term performance and efficiency. B&T Steel contributed to the project by supplying and installing the full cladding package, ensuring a precise and durable finish throughout the structure. Our scope included detailed coordination, high-quality material preparation, and on-site installation, delivering a reliable cladding solution that supports the building’s functionality and professional environment. The project was recognised at the 2025 SAISC Steel Awards, securing both the Winner title for its Metal Cladding and a Commendation in the Architectural Category. This double recognition highlights the project’s exceptional fusion of aesthetic design and technical steel execution.
