1. Design
Our in-house engineers create accurate, practical designs tailored to your needs, ensuring compliance and ease of construction from the start.
2. Detailing
Our detailing team develops a Tekla 3D model of your structure, reducing risk, minimising costly surprises, and ensuring full process optimisation.
3. Costing
Quote Review – We begin by aligning with your needs, specifications, and budget to ensure a costeffective, fit-for-purpose solution.
Quote Acceptance – Once accepted, a dedicated B&T Steel client liaison will guide you through each stage, from detailing to final handover.
Internal (I.S.) Meeting – An internal briefing ensures your requirements are clearly communicated across all our departments and teams.
4. Procurement
Final drawings are submitted for approval before procurement begins. We source steel at the most competitive rates to reduce overall project costs.
5. Fabrication
CNC cutting, drilling, and measuring systems ensure efficiency, precision, and reduced waste. Skilled welding teams complete each structure to exact specifications.
6. Transport
We deliver using our own logistics fleet and mobile cranes for safe, on-time delivery. Customers also have the option to arrange their own transport.
7. Erection & Assembly
With our own logistics fleet and skilled erection teams, we deliver and assemble structures safely, efficiently, and to exact specification.
8. Cladding
We work with reputable cladding suppliers to ensure durable, high-performance finishes suited to your project and environment.
9. Painting
Trusted painting partners provide high-quality corrosion protection and finishes, safeguarding your structure for years to come.
10. Client Handover
A comprehensive quality inspection is performed with you on site before handover. Our goal is your complete confidence in a structure built to last.
