No, our design service is based on us being able to do the fabrication.
DO YOU PROVIDE ENGINEERS CERTIFICATES?
Yes, engineer’s certificates will be provided on completion of every job.
WILL YOU DETAIL A STEEL STRUCTURE FOR ANOTHER FIRM TO FABRICATE?
No, service is provided on the basis that we do the fabrication.
WILL YOU DO THE FABRICATION IF YOU ARE NOT AWARDED THE STEEL ERECTION?
Yes. Erection drawings will be provided to client.
WILL YOU DO THE STEEL ERECTION IF NOT AWARDED THE STEEL FABRICATION?
No, we require the fabrication.
DO YOU ONLY ERECT STEEL STRUCTURES WITHIN GAUTENG?
No, we erect Steel structures throughout South and sub-Saharan Africa including, Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, Zimbabwe, to name a few.
DO YOU COMPLY WITH SAFETY REQUIREMENTS?
Yes we comply with the requirements of the OSH act as well as the construction regulations.
DO YOU COMPLY WITH QUALITY REQUIREMENTS?
We practice stringent Quality Control based on SANS/ISO 9001/2008 and inspection of the works in progress is welcomed at any time.
DO YOU FABRICATE AND INSTALL OVERHEAD CRANES?
No, we fabricate and install the crane girders for them to run on and can refer you to relevant suppliers.
WILL YOU DO THE STRUCTURAL CLADDING IF NOT AWARDED THE STEEL FABRICATION?
Yes, scope of work dependent.
DO YOU PROVIDE ISOLATION?
Yes, dependent on budget, we can provide isolation boards or isolation sheeting (Alucushion Insulation)
DO YOU DO CIVIL WORKS?
We do provide the foundations for the structures. Thereafter, we will refer you to one of our strategic civil construction partners to provide you with a complete solution.
WHAT ASSOCIATIONS ARE YOU CURRENTLY MEMBERS OF?
SAISC (Southern African Institute of Steel Construction) & ISF (International Steel Fabricators).
DO YOU HAVE A BBBEE RATING?
Yes level 6.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRANSPORT?
Yes, we have a fleet of vehicles (various models) to accommodate your structural needs. We transport in a knock-down format and erect on site.
DO YOU SUPPLY THE SAND, STONE AND CEMENT?
Due to logistical constraints, we request that the client supplies their own.
DO YOU DO PAINT WORK?
Yes, we have an on-site paint workshop.
DO YOU DO FLOORING, PALISADES AND GATES?
No, but we can make recommendations to you.
