Engineers Certificate
An engineer’s certificate is crucial for municipal approval. Our in-house engineers design and officially approve all client structures ensuring compliance for construction plans and approvals.
Document Preparation and Processing
We handle every aspect of obtaining the necessary SADC certificates and ensure all transport documents are thoroughly prepared and in complete compliance with regulations. This comprehensive approach guarantees seamless cross border transport and simplifies the export process for our clients.
Off-load and Installation Efficiency

Quote Review
Our experienced team spends time understanding your needs to ensure we deliver a cost effective solution.

Quote Acceptance
Once you accept the quote our dedicated Client Liaison officer will contact you to walk you through the project stages from detailing to hand over of your completed structure.
4.
I.S. Meeting
This is an internal meeting held with our various departments to ensure your requirements are correctly relayed prior to manufacturing/fabrication.
5.
Steel Structure Detailing
Our experienced detailing team create a visual 3D model of your structure using industry leading Tekla software to minimise costly surprises and ensure total process optimisation.
6.
Procurement
The final 3D drawings will be provided to you for approval before procurement takes place. We aim to reduce project costs by procuring material at the best price for every project.
7.
Steel Fabrication
Our fabrication facility utilises the most advanced equipment to efficiently deliver high quality cost effective steel structures. Our fabrication team ensures work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
8.
Transport, Delivery and Assembly
At B&T Steel we manage our own logistics ̦fleet to deliver your structure. We first establish that the foundations are prepared for safe erection to begin. Your structure is then erected by our experienced and highly skilled team according to specification.
9.
Handover to Client
Once your structure is complete, our internal quality inspectors perform a comprehensive quality check with you prior to hand over. We want you to be completely satisfied with your new steel structure.
