Structural Steel Fabrication
The efficiency of fabrication in structural steelwork determines the success of any project. Essentially fabrication is the process used to manufacture steelwork components that will, when assembled and joined, form a complete frame.
Preparing for structural success
The frame generally uses readily available standard sections that are purchased from the steelmaker or steel merchant, together with such items as protective coatings and bolts from other specialist suppliers.
Our Kaltenbach CNC cutting, drilling and measuring machine have brought enormous savings to our company, as we now produce double the volume with the same labour force. Our fully automated Kaltenbach steel processing systems enable us to process steel more efficiently, improve productivity, reduce man-hours , minimise waste and avoid costly production errors.
Committed to quality
Our workshop has an undercover area of 10 000m2 on an 8Ha Site serviced by 5 overhead cranes. Our workshop has a capacity to fabricate 400 tons of light structural steel and 600 tons of heavy structural steel per month and is staffed by a loyal, high-skilled workforce with extensive experience in steel structure fabrication
Our fabrication facility is designed to ensure all the steel fabrication work we undertake is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Each step of the fabrication process is inspected and recorded to ensure your project is fabricated to the highest possible standards. We are constantly striving to achieve the right balance of efficiency, savings and craftsmanship and we pride ourselves on our commitment to zero defects, first time, every time.
